Make your next party an elevated experience. Coach Katie has a unique, dynamic and fun way to make sure all your guests will have a memorable experience and something they will be talking about for months to come.
Kids will love interacting with games, fun music and exploring movement.
Teens may wish to incorporate a specific soundtrack or add facials.

30 Minute Facial + 30 Minute MassageDeep pore cleansing, exfoliation with the addition of red light therapy plus facial message to fit your skin type plus a 30 minute massage on targeted body part of choice. $150 per person |
Infrared SaunaUp to 4 people may enjoy the invigorating heat of our infrared sauna. Unlike traditional saunas, infrared saunas provide a gentle, soothing therapeutic heat that promotes relaxation & improved sleep. $22 per person. |
Healthy RefreshmentsAdd on a healthy refreshment from the spa. Add on Katie's signature Glow Juice or hydrating Detox chlorophyll water for $10/ person or order a plate of delicious Glow Balls from Katie's delicious recipe. $15/ plate. |

Aerial YogaAerial yoga utilizes a hammock to support your body weight, partially or entirely. So while some poses involve taking just your foot off the floor, others leave you hangin’ in the air and provide support for your body. $25 per person up to 12 people. |
Floating FacialEach guest will experience a hydration boost with a hyaluronic acid sheet mask which will plump skin while elevating in the aerial hammock and enjoying soft music. This floating facial experience can be added on to the end of any aerial Yoga session. $15 per person |
Sound BathAt the end of your lesson. While floating in the hammock suspended in the air listen to the sounds of crystal boales and soft angelic music with a meditation message. Ends with a floating foot rub and Glow Spray for each guest. $35 |

Massage with RachaelBorn and raised in the Bay Area, I’ve been passionate about the healing power of touch since my very first massage at age 13. With over a decade of experience (Licensed Massage Therapist #20953, nationally certified), I specialize in deep tissue work and am extensively trained in Swedish, prenatal, lymphatic drainage, and more. My career highlights include being the top therapist at Avant Gard Day Spa, working with Google’s massage team, and collaborating with chiropractic offices. Currently, I’m proud to serve as a guest massage therapist at award-winning Flow and Glow Spa and Rancho La Puerta.
